Residential Snow & Ice Quote Request

A quick form to help us prepare the right winter service options for your property.

1. Your information

2. Tell us about the property

Property type
How many vehicles can the driveway / parking area normally fit?

Choose the approximate parking capacity, not the number of vehicles you currently own.

Driveway / parking surface
Preferred ice-control material

Rock salt is the standard, more economical option for suitable surfaces.

Treated salt / de-icer has a higher material cost than rock salt and may increase the quoted seasonal price.

Material substitution: Transcend Property Maintenance will use the material identified in your quotation. If a shortage, supply issue, unusual site condition or other operational necessity arises, we may use a suitable surface-appropriate substitute where necessary.

3. What needs to be cleared?

Select all that apply

4. Snow service

When should snow clearing start?
Standard service trigger: approximately 3 cm. Light-snow coverage from 1 cm to under 3 cm can be priced separately when requested.

5. Winter package direction

Choose the closest fit. These descriptions are only to help us prepare your quotation.

Stress-Free Complete: our most complete winter option: 20 snow clearing visits, 10 ice-control visits, pre/post-treatment, an onsite de-icer bin and preferred route placement. Want something different? Choose Recommend for Me and tell us what to change.

6. Photos & anything else

Photos are optional and help us understand the driveway, parking area, walkways, steps and entrances.

Up to 5 photos. Compatible photos are compressed for upload and stored securely with your quote request.

Definitions & service notes

Snow Unit — One standard snow-clearing service attendance. Snowfall above 15 cm may use two snow-service units because of the additional labour, time and equipment required.

Standalone Ice-Control Application — A separate salt/de-icer attendance for freezing rain, sleet, flash-freeze, refreezing or black ice when snow clearing is not otherwise required.

Pre-Treatment — Surface-appropriate salt/de-icer applied before a qualifying winter event when appropriate.

Post-Treatment — Surface-appropriate salt/de-icer applied after snow clearing to help manage remaining film and refreeze risk.

Priority Route Placement — Higher-tier properties are normally sequenced ahead of lower-tier properties on the same route when operationally possible; this does not guarantee an exact arrival time.

Snow removal service area: Kitchener • Waterloo • Cambridge only.
