Who we are
Transcend Property Maintenance® is a division of Transcend Roadway Solutions Inc., operating in Ontario, Canada. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and property address.
- Project details: service requests, notes, photos and measurements you share for a quote or site visit.
- Account details for client portal users: email and a securely hashed password.
- Payment records: invoice and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure form and are never stored by us.
- Service records: dates, photos and location stamps our crew record when working at your property, as proof of service.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule work and deliver the service.
- To issue invoices, take payment and keep business and tax records.
- To keep proof-of-service records for quality, safety and insurance purposes.
- To send marketing email only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our systems, including secure database and file hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, mapping (Google Maps) and an AI assistant used to answer quote questions. They process information only to provide their service to us. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including the period required for tax, contract and liability purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing email, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
